"Hi I just wanted to quickly thank you for your excellent response. I have been doing business online for at least 5-6 years now, have had pay per month shopping carts, bought shopping carts, hosts, advertising packages, dial up, etc, etc and have NEVER had support as quick and complete as I received from you today. Usually if someone sends me an e-mail within 6 hours I'm shocked, your tech literally caught me so off guard calling minutes after I asked a question that I thought it was a telemarketer! The tech did nothing wrong how he called, I just simply couldn't believe or even comprehend at first that the call was to help me and resolve me problem! Thank you, I will be definitely switching my current shopping cart to you for my wholesale site. In a few weeks I'll start switching my main site, and more than likely eventually switch my other two shopping cart systems to you. Support is key, and well to be blunt the support I recieved was nothing short of amazing. Lastly, just wanted to remind you that the person I talked to said he'd forward me a code to make the ship to address invisible to the customer so they can't alter it.
